Old Business: Invoices were passed out for our annual dues of $150 also including the Christmas party fee if you signed up to attend the party this evening and are due by the end of January 2011 in order to be included in the next published business directory.

Board Meeting re-cap: The board approved $800 for annual advertising and Face Book maintenance. The board also approved $1000 for annual web site maintenance. Trades for membership dues are not allowed.
